Use of the Services requires that Users be of legal age. By accepting these Terms, the User states they are of legal age and have the necessary capacity to contract the Services offered. Users under legal age require prior authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

The Company acts exclusively as provider of an information service and is not responsible for content that users may send or publish in contravention of these terms — the user is solely responsible for the veracity and legality of their own contributions.
The Company may interrupt service for any user whose use of the Websites is considered contrary to these Terms, and reserves the right to decide on the continuity of its services at any time.
Reserved areas for user participation (forums, chats, comments) are provided by the Company but it does not participate in them — contributions are the full responsibility of the user, and the Company reserves the right to suspend or remove content that violates these terms.
Payment methods: Thinkific Payments is the primary payment method for purchasing our services. Prices are stated in CAD or USD. Thinkific Payments may accept Debit/Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay, and others.
The Trading Starter Pack is a final sale — no refunds. Given its price point, no administrative fee structure applies; the purchase is simply non-refundable once completed.
Group Learning and 1-on-1 Learning are final sale — no refunds once access is granted. Neither program offers a payment plan; both are billed in full at the time of purchase (Group Learning as a one-time payment, 1-on-1 Learning on its 6-month term). Access to course content, coaching calls, and community begins immediately upon purchase, and no refund is issued once that access has been provided.
Other programs and services offered through Thinkific are governed by a separate refund policy.

Prices for each service are specified on the relevant page, detailing applicable costs. All prices include applicable indirect taxes unless otherwise stated.
For community chat, TDotForex.com may use Telegram, Discord, Zoom, and WhatsApp, each using end-to-end encrypted security systems. Users may read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of each platform.
Recommended precautions when connecting to the internet include: using updated browser versions, verifying TLS security on restricted-access areas, browsing known websites, avoiding automatic program downloads from untrusted sources, and disabling password autofill on shared computers.
Password protection: passwords are confidential and it is the user's responsibility to safeguard them. Avoid writing passwords down or using easily guessed information (birthdays, phone numbers). Access may be blocked after repeated incorrect entries.
Virus protection: keep antivirus software updated, scan received documents, install software only from secure sources, use anti-spyware and spam filtering, and never open unsolicited attachments directly. No antivirus guarantees total protection.
All content on the Websites — text, images, trademarks, graphics, logos, software, structure, and presentation — is protected by Industrial and Intellectual Property Laws and belongs to TDOTFOREX.com. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, and transformation are forbidden except for personal and private use.
The Company does not guarantee content is accurate or error-free, or that use of it does not infringe third-party rights. Use of this page and its content is at the user's own responsibility.
